Refund policy

At Graceful Layers, each item is custom-printed with care and inspected before shipping. Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to love your order — so if there’s ever an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package was lost in transit (after carrier investigation)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or discounted items

To report an issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We may request that damaged or incorrect items be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
